1. Shipment Processing Time

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
  • If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you immediately via email if a significant delay occurs.

We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping worldwide on all orders. There are no minimum purchase requirements.
European Union (EU) Delivery Window
In compliance with EU consumer laws, we guarantee that all items will be delivered within a maximum of 30 days from the order confirmation date.

United States (US) Delivery Window
In compliance with the US Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Mail or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, we aim to ship your orders within our stated processing time.

3. Taxes, Customs, Duties, and Import Fees
Because Casira Store operates internationally, items may be dispatched from global fulfillment hubs.
For Customers in the European Union (EU)
  • Value Added Tax (VAT): All prices displayed on our store for EU customers are inclusive of VAT where applicable, in accordance with the EU OSS (One Stop Shop) regulations.
  • Import Fees: For goods shipped from outside the EU, any applicable import taxes or customs VAT are handled in compliance with EU regulations. In most cases, no additional fees will be collected upon delivery, but any exceptional local carrier administrative fees remain the responsibility of the recipient.
For Customers in the United States (US)
  • Sales Tax: State and local sales taxes will be calculated and added at checkout where legally required, depending on the destination state.
  • Import Duties: Orders valued under $800 USD are typically exempt from import duties under the US De Minimis law (Section 321). For orders exceeding $800 USD, the recipient is responsible for any customs clearance fees or tariffs levied by US Customs and Border Protection.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has been handed over to the international carrier.
  • Tracking links typically become active and scannable within 24 to 48 hours.
5. Lost, Missing, or Damaged Packages
  • Casira Store insures all international shipments. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at casira.store@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Please save all packaging materials, boxes, and damaged goods, and take clear photos so we can file a claim with the carrier and issue a replacement or refund.
  • If your tracking details show "Delivered" but you have not received the package, please check with neighbors or your local postal hub before contacting our support team.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
  • The customer is responsible for providing the correct delivery address at checkout.
  • If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at casira.store@outlook.com. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot alter the delivery destination, and Casira Store cannot be held liable for packages lost due to incorrect address inputs.
