Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

1. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (European Union Customers)

  • In compliance with EU Consumer Rights Directive, customers residing within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase and return an item for any reason within 14 days from the day they received the package.
  • To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision via email at casira.store@outlook.com before the 14-day period expires. No justification is required for EU citizens within this window.

2. Standard Return Window (United States & Worldwide)

  • For customers in the United States and the rest of the world, we offer a 14-day return window starting from the date your tracking status shows the item was delivered.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

3. Return Process


  • To initiate a return, please contact our support team at casira.store@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for the return (or statement of withdrawal for EU customers).
  • Return Shipping Costs: Unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect due to our error, the customer is responsible for paying all return shipping fees. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Casira Store cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Return Address: Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the original shipping address on the package. Our support team will provide you with the correct international return warehouse address via email.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected at our hub, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the product.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.) within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery, please contact us immediately at casira.store@outlook.com within 48 hours of receipt.
  • Please provide clear photos or a short video showing the issue, along with your order number.
  • For verified damaged or defective items, Casira Store will either send a replacement item completely free of charge or issue a full refund, covering all associated costs.

6. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned due to hygiene, safety, and customization laws:
  • Perishable goods or cosmetics/beauty products.
  • Intimate apparel, swimwear, or bodysuits if the hygiene seal has been broken.
  • Personalized or custom-made items.
  • Gift cards.
